CareBuddy AI is a product of Techsaga Solutions (GSTIN: 29AAWFT1899A1ZI), a registered firm based in Karnataka, India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CareBuddy AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Techsaga Solutions, a registered firm based in Karnataka, India.

2. Description of Service

CareBuddy AI provides an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist for clinics and healthcare practices. The Service automates appointment booking, patient reminders, FAQ responses, and follow-up communication via WhatsApp Business API.

CareBuddy AI is a communication and scheduling tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used for clinical decision-making or emergency situations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of clinic information (doctor schedules, services, fees) entered into the system.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the Service to transmit spam, harassing, or misleading messages to patients.
  • You are responsible for keeping your admin credentials secure.

4. Pricing & Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all clinic data, patient information, and appointment records you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure) or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareBuddy AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed appointments, incorrect AI responses, or any damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay outstanding invoices after 15 days' notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
